From idea to jersey, in 7 steps
Every step of ordering a custom kit from GoalThali Sports - what you choose, how the price works, how you pay, and how you follow your order.
Step 1
Choose your design
Browse by product and sport and choose from the GTS design catalog, or upload your own artwork if you already have a design.
Step 2
Customize
Choose sleeve and collar options and extras like shorts or tracks, then add player names, numbers, and sizes - type them in or upload a spreadsheet. Logos and sponsor artwork can be attached as files.
Step 3
See your price
Your price is calculated from the design, the quantity tier, and the options you choose, and it updates as you go. If your quantity is outside the listed price tiers, contact us for a custom quote.
Step 4
Pay 40% to order
Check out with your contact details and delivery address, pay the 40% advance using one of the listed payment methods, and upload your payment receipt. A GTS account (name, phone, address) is needed to place an order.
Step 5
We review, then produce
The GTS team reviews and approves each order before it goes into production.
Step 6
Track your order
Use the Order ID you receive at checkout to see your order's status at any time - no login needed.
Step 7
Get your kit
The remaining 60% is due once your order is ready, then your kit is handed over or delivered anywhere in Nepal.

Answers to what teams usually ask first.
- What can I customize?
- The design (one of ours or your own artwork), sleeve and collar options, extras such as shorts or tracks, and each player's name, number, and size. Logos and sponsor artwork can be attached as files.
- How is the price worked out?
- It depends on the product and design, how many pieces you order (each product has quantity price tiers), and the options you add. You see the total update as you customize, before you order.
- What if my quantity isn't in the price list?
- Some quantities fall outside a product's listed price tiers. When that happens the site tells you, and you can contact us for a custom quote.
- How do I pay?
- You pay a 40% advance when you place the order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout, and upload your payment receipt. The remaining 60% is due when your order is ready.
- Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
- Yes - we deliver anywhere in Nepal. Enter your delivery address at checkout, and follow your order with its Order ID until it arrives.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes - placing an order needs a GTS account with your name, phone number, and address. Tracking an order doesn't: your Order ID is enough.
- Can I send my own design or a player list?
- Yes. Upload your own design instead of choosing one of ours, and add players one by one or upload a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .xls) to fill in names, numbers, and sizes.

- Our Materials page describes the fabrics we use, and Our Work shows finished kits. To talk it through, book a visit or message us on WhatsApp.
